Robert Ekström became CEO of Qmatic in 2016. Prior to joining Qmatic, Ekström held the position of CEO at Sivers IMA, a listed Swedish technology company. Over the years, Ekström has successfully served as CEO at several software and hardware growth companies and has held executive leadership roles at large international firms such as NCR, Microsoft, and Digital Equipment. Ekström studied Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping Institute of Technology.
Jon Hjertenstein joined Qmatic as Global Vice President of Client Services in February 2019, Hjertenstein was appointed Senior Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales at Qmatic. He brings diverse expertise and considerable international experience from senior management positions in sales and operations working 18 years in the Telco and IoT industry. Before joining Qmatic in 2019, Jon served as CEO of a Global IoT company offering Real-Time Monitoring of the World’s Supply Chains.
Mr Govind has been with Maskavia/Qmatic for well over 25 years at different levels of management beginning at the Technical Department in 1996. He then moved over to helm the Sales Department in 2010.
With his foundation with Qmatic, he has a very deep understanding and knowledge of Customer Flow Solution in the various Industries. As a team player, he has been perseverant, enthusiastic, outgoing and passionate on any given task and is also result and customer driven. He eventually moved on to head Maskavia as its Managing Director in 2015.
Going on his 7th year with Qmatic, Shamer Shaheen is a passionate Customer Experiance Advocate. Disciplined in multiple industry, he enthusiastically traveled the Globe to bring awareness to the importance on Innovation, Digital Transformation and Omnichannel Service Delivery for any business. He is often caught quoting Mahadma Gandhi; "A customer is the most important visitor on our premise, he is not dependant on us. We are dependant on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so."
Lee Thian See, a Telecommunication professional with more than 20 years experiance specifically in the Network, Value Added Services and BSS/OSS Domain. He joined Qmatic's Customer Experience Management Solution Team 4 years ago as the Technical Expert working with Partners to promote the Qmatic Solution. He is passionate about learning new product and development specifically in the IT Industry .
